Anyone got thoughts on this one ?

Hi,

Anyone got any thoughts on this one ?

http://www.hmcarsleeds.co.uk/used-cars/lan...3507285581

Spoke to the garage and they've said it's full dealer history, motorway mileage etc and they are happy for any inspection.

Cheers Tony Thumbs Up

If its as good as the pics i'd buy it asap!! Flush the gearboc and cooling system and do the diffs and transfer box and get the chrome vents off and you would have a car worth a fair few £1,000 more as im sure thats well below CAP value! FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

Thanks for responses so far, the garage owner said that they are selling it for one of their customers and they sell cheaper to have a faster turnover.

Think I'll look at getting an inspection done by someone. (AA or RAC perhaps ?)

If I do go ahead and buy will definitely look at flushes etc as mentioned above.

I would say could be a good buy but highish miles increases risk whatever the price. Thumbs Up

My opinion but I would be cheeky and offer them less....SC's are only going one way with the tdv8's coming down now. I bought my sc over a year and a half ago for 11,300 and at auction I've seen cars go for 9-10k from dealer trad ins.

Mileage doesn't bother me but use it as a bargaining tool and you never know! It's def a buyers market for these just now Range Rover SC 35th Anniversary 2006

Have to agree (BrianC), would definitely change the vent and mirror covers.

Just out of interest (barrieeld) what mileage did yours have on it when you bought it ?

137k it had. But it was mint 1 owner from new and every receipt , from new.

I missed out on one last year which was going for 9k!!

I would just look at how quick some of the high miler tdv8s are dropping now as these will directly reflect the SC's long term desirability and value. Range Rover SC 35th Anniversary 2006
