Last year we bought a new house with an awful garden. It resulted in a 20t digger excavating it all for us. I laid turf at the back end of the year but was in a rush so never managed to get the soil as level as I would like. The law. Has taken well but I'm left with a few high and low spots.

I would dig out sections in a sod like fashion and remove or add soil as necessary to get it even then replace original sod over top. Might be better to buy some sods of grass for larget sections Present :2008 TDV8 HSE

Sounds good. How long and if would it take the original grass to grow through the soil if I just applied topsoil and fertiliser? [img]http://www.fuelly.com/driver/rob2529/range-rover[img/]

No idea Rob I know that's what a friend did although his imperfections were small and when sods inserted it was almost invisible . Present :2008 TDV8 HSE
