Pagid front pads/discs sound like a conch blowing

As per the title. New pagid discs and pads 3k ago. They are really good, feel, response, etc.
they do however make an awful noise at very low speed when you are just rolling in slow traffic, sounds like a conch being blown. Very irritating.

Any solution or suggestions from the masses?

Are they standard vented or cross drilled/grooved?

Also is the noise coming from the rear of the front?

probably need a bit more copper slip on them. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

My Mintex with dimpled & grooved squeeled like a pig at low speed. A few high speed all out stops from 70>0 sorted it. [img]http://www.fuelly.com/driver/rob2529/range-rover[img/]

Standard, vented fronts.

On a long straight private road get upto about 60-70 and brake hard and down to an almost stop without instigating the ABS a few times. This will clear any glaze off the pads and helps a little with slightly warped discs IME.

The key is to avoid the abs kicking in as once it does that the pads are just sticking to the discs then. FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's
