Driving in France - Bulbs?

Off to France for Easter in the FF Smile
Really looking forward to some long distance motoring

Got the toll booth tag from Sanef
European breakdown from ADAC
Hi Viz vests x 5
Alcohol sensors (even though law delayed !)

Only thing I'm lacking is spare bulbs

Do people bother ? What can I get away with ?
I've looked in handbook , and not exactly useful as only gives wattage, not type

Appreciate if anyone can tell me what bulbs I should have to keep French rozzers happy Mr. Green Alcohol and eBay is never a good mix

LR do a kit for the L322. It's not that expensive. Don't forget the fire extinguisher x 2.
If you use one your'll be illegal. A lorry driving friend of mine told me that when he used his on a car fire in France the police wouldn't let him continue. First aid kit also and the warning triangle. '88 RR Classic, '90 Classic, '93 Classic, '02 Discovery TD5, '55 Discovery 3, '01 P38 4.6, '06 L322 Vogue TD6, 2012 L322 Vogue TDV8, 2017 L405 Autobiography

So the answer is NO then. It seems that no European Country requires a Fire Extinguisher on a Compulsory basis.

Thanks for the info Joker.

Hopefully that should clear the matter. Not sure what happened to the incident with my friend.

I'm going through France this summer to Holland so I will carry a fire extinguisher and all the rest of the kit, just to be sure though. '88 RR Classic, '90 Classic, '93 Classic, '02 Discovery TD5, '55 Discovery 3, '01 P38 4.6, '06 L322 Vogue TD6, 2012 L322 Vogue TDV8, 2017 L405 Autobiography

''First Aid kit and fire extinguisher: The European Good Samaritan Law requires every driver to stop and provide assistance when an accident is encountered, providing it is safe to do so. This may require a first aid kit and fire extinguisher and it is advisable to have these items when driving in France''

i dont think its a enforceable law as such, anyway who determines whether its safe or not. ... - .- -.
