the rear badges dont all look in the correct positions to me...

You may be right ref the green 'classic' badge - should it perhaps be more centrally positioned? Thanks for noting that - I'll investigate. I too am a stickler for detail and like things to be right.

But I fear you're wrong re the 'vogue se' decal on the right which was an original LR replacement part which we found after a great deal of searching, and it came with a template to fit in the correct position!

There's also some detailing to do such as silver coachline pinstripe to go on yet, and the centre console 'skateboard' isn't back from being re-veneered.

I agree the VSE badge is in the correct orientation but was looking A, at the Land Rover badge and B, at the RANGE ROVER badge... Forgive me but i thought from memory (which could easily be playing tricks with me) they were spaced differently...

Craig Thumbs Up

Fantastic!
I never quite managed to let go of my last classic, so it is still sat about waiting to be restored...
Probably never happen but I'd love to get it looking as good as that.

The spacing of the letters does look a bit odd now you come to mention it...

Wow the soft dash looks excellent mate, Bow down any chance you could post some interior photo's? I feel that the soft dash is the ultimate classic Range Rover, the early 2 door cars are iconic but the soft dash is beautiful. Be sure to use it often, they don't like sitting about & your sure to get many admiring looks. Here's wishing you good health to use it. Thumbs Up The reason women's minds are cleaner than a mans mind is that women change their minds more often!
When women say fine a mans in deep doodoo as fine has so many meanings.

Some interior photos (period radio still to be reinstalled!)

Alhough it's a big bus - amazinghow small it looks compared to the L322 (and how miniscule they both make the Audi look)

Admin note: this post has had its images recovered from a money grabbing photo hosting site and reinstated Mr. Green

^^ Gorgeous! I reckon it looks wider but shorter than L322! They make a great noise too!
