I had a set of AT2's on the Freelander - not a bad tyre for an AT. Just make sure the speed rating is correct for your vehicle - cos if it isn't wave goodbye to your insurance |

if you are running 255/55/18 they are the wrong size anyway, this is the size for RRS,

I've had AT2's on my P38 and they are noiser and offer less grip on the road than a "road" biased tyre.

Thanks for the info. Had them fitted this afternoon. So far, the increase in road noise is negligible (didn't get above 60) and the ride is noticeably more comfortable, which you'd expect with taller sidewalls. So far so good, except for being £500 lighter (Bracknell Tyre & Battery if anyone's interested). |
