I'm uncomfortable !

Gents,

.....Most likely my fat ar$e, but does anyone else find the the seats just slightly small ? I haven't sorted my ideal driving position yet, but in most positions I get a bit numb on the underside of my right thigh, just behind the knee. The wing of the seat base seems to press in a bit.

Also, I notice the same wing gets a fair bit of wear and tear when climbing in or out.

JJ

How can you be uncomfortable in the best seats ever made? Shocked

You must just need to adjust them some more, they are 10 way adjustable seats not including lumbar and headrest.

Keep playing with them, they are truly great seats. Discovery 4 HSE

2006 Range Rover HSE 4.4 V8 Chawton White

I dont know if its just me but i still have my P38 and i find the seats more comfortable in that Range than my L322. Sad

Can quite settle nicely in the new L322 seats. 06 FFRR HSE.

Also the leather seats in the my 98 P38 shows less wear than in the 06 L322. But in the back seat, the L322 wins hands down in space and comfort. 06 FFRR HSE

It took me two weeks of subtle tweaking to get my seat in the perfect position...

Then it was the best. (late 2005 FFRR)

Maybe you missed the point, with Landrovers the car selects the owner, not the other way about... it may be trying to tell you something Laughing

The HSE seats are different from the vogue seats and don't adjust as much.

The Vogue seats are the best i've ever sat in, if you can't get comfy in them then you may need to see a chiropractor Laughing

2006 Range Rover Vogue SE Supercharged Java Black

You need to tip the front of the seat base up or down if it affecting your thigh. It may be that you have no support because the base is set too low at the front, and higher at the back.

All three of my memory positions are mine, for different types of journeys that I have created over the last 12 months!

I sometimes suffer with a terrible back (old injury), and on those off-days I set the car to position 3... perfect! Java with Ivory 2006 4.2 Supercharged. 23.5k miles - NOW SOLD!

I've got to say, if you haven't got the seat exactly right, they can be a bit uncomfortable after a long drive, took me ages to get the seat perfect, then took it in for the diff recall and they adjusted it, now I have to start all over again because I didn't set the memory!
