Hi all,

Bought mine late September.

Jan 05 Black TD6 Vogue with 114k.

All in all very happy with it, a few niggles as you'd expect from a car of that age and mileage. Will sort some pics out shortly and add to gallery.

Got a profile over of M3Cutters - http://forums.m3cutters.co.uk/member.php?u=8272 the M3 is my DD 2024 P550e Autobiography

United Kingdom 2012 Range Rover Westminster TDV8 Orkney Grey

Hi all,

I'm a newbie to the FFRR forum, but have been a longtime member of Landyzone. I've had a few Landies in my time, from an ancient Series 1 Landrover, 1974 M Reg Series 2 SWB, 1972 K Reg RR Classic, 1998 R Reg 300TDI Discovery 1 and now am the proud owner (Since Sept last year) of a 54 Reg (2005 model) Range Rover L322 Vogue TD6 in Adriatic Blue.

Hope to post some pics soon of my FFRR.

I've already made a few posts but let me introduce myself.

I have a Disco 3 which I bought from new in August 2006. Family were younger then (obviously!) and it was great at dealing with the reams of stuff we had to cart around and the rough treatment from little ones feet on seats and their general jumping around. It has been reliable and tough and has been a trusted friend for 6.5 years. My wife and I are sad to move on from it but feel it is probably a bit long in the tooth for the main family car and as it gets older will only get less reliable and more expensive to run - we also fancied a change and a bit more comfort - so we have ordered a new L405 Very Happy

Scheduled for May delivery - a v6 vogue with panoramic sunroof, ACC, climate seats and a few other goodies. Colour is Santorini with ebony ivory and ebony seats. Can't wait Very Happy The car is a big step up from the disco - I just hope it proves as solid and reliable.

My budget for the Disco 3 replacement was up to £50k - was thinking about new RRS or Evoke or second hand / new (with heavy discount) L322. RRS too cramped in the back compared to Disco 3 but liked finish, Evoke over styled and the boot too small (and although the finish is great, it is shown up badly by the L405). I was sold on the L322 (although surprised the bargain I thought I could get with the new one coming in was so elusive) until I saw the L405. To me the L405 has the presence, image and core values I wanted but in a modernised, more efficient and luxurious package. From the moment I saw one my budget was doomed......

Anyway, that's my intro - maybe too much of an intro - sorry for that. Geoff

Had a discovery 3 for 5 years, great car. Have just bought an RR, and it's amazing. I didn't think anything could be better thank the disco, but I was wrong.

England 2013 Range Rover Vogue SE Td6 Java Black

Hi folks,

Don't own a RR yet but I am taking a L405 out for a day on Saturday, so it shouldn't be too long before I join the fold.

Previous LR history is 1 defender TD5, disco 300, TD5 and 3 and a FL1.
