Had a great drive through a blizzard to deliver my mums mothers day card. Cheaper to deliver it by hand using the FFRR than send using a first class stamp !! Previously..

Showed the dog at crufts today, forgot to turn off my lights ans had to get a jump start of a decent chap in a motor home, I did ask a couple in a Nissan navara but apartently it was to much trouble to open the bonnet, I'm hopinghtat a tree falls on them on their trip home

Not actually today but not long since and worth a mention.
Hired a car transporter trailer and recovered my old Jensen Interceptor to my mates farm in Lincolnshire.
A total of 37 feet long and a train weight of 5.3 tons and the Range Rover still managed about 16mpg, which is excellent considering the Jensen only does about 12mpg under its own power.

Not today but Friday night the mrs used the fullfat for the first time and managed to get home from a 14/02 shift in the blizzard conditions and along our road that was closed. She was so excited she had to wake me up and show what she had driven through haha!

Finally got fed up with the condensation in the rear light Yawn

Fitted a nice brand new Supercharged one Razz

Small bonus is that I have 3 spare bulbs. Couldn't believe how much the 'Diadem' bulbs are!
£19 for just red one? ! Alcohol and eBay is never a good mix

There is no other car to rival a FFRR (especially a SC!!):

London to Wiltshire; cruising on the motorway in the comfort of a 5 star hotel suite occasionally achieving rather hasty pace, onto the back roads to avoid the Stonehenge traffic and overtaking cars with acceleration as if in a Porsche, road then closed so went up onto Salisbury plain along the Ridgeway and down a rutted/muddy byway to home!

Any other cars out there able to perform such a diverse number of functions & excell at every one, I don't think so?!

Off to the valeters today!! RR 3.6 TDV8 Vogue SE

Well not today but just about 8 hours ago now me and the wife drove our 2nd child home in the safety of the FFRR. A son we have named James. (the reason why im on the forum at stupid o'clock! One of each now - thats it ! I remember driving my wife and our new born daughter home nearly 3 years ago in a vectra estate and I must admit we felt less nervous of other drivers this time being in the FFRR. Easier on the bumpy roads too for the wife. 2003 Range Rover HSE 3.0 TD6

Congratulations - a pigeon pair, your job is done!

We had a D3 for the first and a FFRR for the second (at 4am with excruciating pain (women do over-react!!), she was thankful for the comfort & heated seats on the 30 minute drive); sold both before she really knew what was going on as there were emotional repercussions when she realised - and women think men get attached to our cars!!! RR 3.6 TDV8 Vogue SE
