United Kingdom 2012 Range Rover Vogue SE TDV8 Orkney Grey

for everyday driving you'll only touch the dial once to go & once to stop or reverse ! No different than a stick
I've used the paddle shifts twice just to see what happens, but never need them.

It's a "what you're used to" thing. Surely non of you with stick knobs really ever pushes it up & down do you when driving? Rolling with laughter You should have both hands on the wheely thing that makes it go round corners Thumbs Up

I have to when in manual as i have no flaps Smile

The flaps re a fun thing but stirring the pot of cogs makes me feel more connected when driving and gives my hand something to do other than fiddling with other buttons Smile FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

United Kingdom 2012 Range Rover Autobiography TDV8 Baltic Blue

2010 was the year they changed from the 3.6 to the 4.4 TDV8.

If that's got a gear lever on it then I'd be reasonably confident to say it must of been a 3.6 as I've certainly not seen a 4.4 without the dial.

All 4.4s have the dial, no 3.6s do.

I hadn't noticed the price on the new model...

It certainly does look cheap due to the VAT i suspect, but does anyone else think that late 2010 3.6 TDV8 L322 looks expensive in comparison?

It's only £12k more for a brand new L405.

Need to move there then

2010 model looks way over priced at £49995

Would expect to pay about 42k here for a 3.6 and about 44k+ for a nice 4.4 Gone

Basic L405 without the dreaded vat would cost you £58984
Makes it seem like a good idea to buy it through the business and get the vat back but then you have to pay the tax on it

Any idea why the petrol kept the stick while the diesel got the dual?
