2007 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Java Black

Hi

Despite his reservations I convinced my husband to buy me a 2007 4.4V8.

I have had it for 3 weeks and love it.

Prior to this I had a RX8 for 6 years - I felt like weeping when I waved it goodbye but was comforted by the sound of the V8 engine I had acquired.

I hope I continue to find it joyful and without disaster.

I smile every time I climb aboard and although it sits on my drive mostly I get a certain pleasure from glancing at it through the window.

Does anything else compare? I doubt it.

Introduction

Hi Everyone,

My love affair with Land Rover started 12 years ago with a green Defender 90 2.8i CSW and continues many LR later with a 2007 Rangie TDV8 Vogue which was bought in November last year. Absolutely loving the vehicle, but then it would be hard not to love it. I find myself making excuses to take it for a drive or just blatantly telling my wife, "Honey, I am going for a drive." Fortunately, as the primary owner of our previous Classic Rangies, she understands.

I was at a Land Rover event in Solihul on Tuesday and had the FFRR forum suggested by Nigel and Adam and I hope I will be able to make a meaningful contribution.

Although I had a D2 for the last 3 years I never took it offroad or Greenlaning, I intend to remedy that situation in the FFRR soonest.

Cheers,
Craig If you don't get stuck then you are not trying hard enough.

United Kingdom 2008 Range Rover Vogue SE TDV8 Bournville

Hi Guys!

Just joined and on the hunt for my first RR! Decided on the FF rather than the Sport (mainly as i don't like the Sport's center console) and don't want to look like everyone else i know with a RR Sheep

Just need to decide on which one to go for now! TDV6 or TDV8? Colour? Goodies? So many choices!

Will keep you guys posted on what i decide to go for and hope to learn lots for you all!
Any recommendations/advice/pros/cons more than welcome!

Cheers

Pami

Hi guys,

I'm new here!
I've just bought a fantastic Epsom Green/Ivory RR Td6 from 2002 with 160.000Km.

I'm also a Volvo forum frequent user as I also have V50 2.0d.

Hope to learn a lot from you,
Miguel MML

As I was saying... the RR is in very good shape, was recently re-painted, but it needs some help with some missing/damaged parts.
- Ivory loadspace shelf
- rear left reflector
- cubby box lock (?)
- rear "Range Rover" letterin in brunel grey
- and some other small items.

For now it's going to be a hobby of mine MML
