As per the thread it needs to sense its being grounded to go up.

For 'crawl' mode, you can select the 'Access' height and wait until it has set itself, press the centre button to lock, and then the suspension will stay in that height. I believe that going over 21 (or maybe 25) mph will cancel it anyway, and go back to 'normal' height, but would need to check the manual |

Hi. According to everything I've read - and the owner's handbook, yes, access = crawl.
