Yes one faulty sensor can cause the whole system not to work. You may find once you have fixed up the bumper and refitted the sensor the system will work again.

Oldie, I have a brand new spare which u can have at cost (mine was a wiring fault but had already bought the sensor).

Probably best to just buy another bumper in black off eBay, it will probably come with sensors and be cheaper than repairing that or a perfect excuse for a facelift conversion |

That could be repaired. You will also likely need the plastic inner mounting for the bumper as well |

I'd still get a clean black bumper off eBay, definitely less than £200 the you could even sell your old sensors to re-coup some cost, don't have to worry about paintwork bbeing done and you can swap the bumper yourself in about an hour |
