Roughly how much?

The computer information display on my 52 plate RR has lots of pixels missing. On checking through other posts, it would seem the problem is the ribbon. Has anyone any idea of the cost of having a new ribbon installed so i can read the display again.

Thanks in advance.

I used the guy in Southampton for both of ours, took the units to him 3 hours later collected them. He charged a £100 each. Good job and very satisfied, nice to read all of the messages again.

Thanks for the info. Southampton is just about as far away as you could get from me, however there is a link to someone in Preston. I'll check it out.

Hi andyw, to remove the cluster you have to remove the dash top. This is covered in Rave it took me about 1/2 an hour. Once the dash top is off there are 2 torx screws to remove the cluster. I didn't disconnect the battery, just pulled the plugs. Obviously don't turn the ignition on with the cluster removed.

Never heard of them, and they are not that far away from me.

Strange when you look on their web site contact section there is no actual address, so must work from home.
