WTF - iPad in dash

What next, a 32" LCD TV in dash. What a monstrosity! Surely it's a safety hazzard?

Hmmmm....rather a pointless application of (IMHO) a pointless bit of hardware! It would last about 10 seconds offroad. I guess all the iMugs will get one tho due to all the iHype .... oh sorry, I mean iAds ..... Rolling Eyes

Hey, iHate apple as much as the next person who doesn't buy into all of the hype.

However my complaint on this occasion is the ridiculous mount that covers half the dash and obscures the drivers vision.

Plus a iReally thought phones were supposed to be getting smaller?

Bit of a moan here regarding phones - due to the business I am in I have a Land Rover phone, and I was rather shocked to discover that 1. It's not that good with the RR and 2. There is no-where to stow it IN the vehicle!?!

Rolling with laughter

Only joking Smile

It's a novelty phone tho, good for a laugh down the pub when you want to see how many of your mates are drunk enough to try the "stick your phone in your pint and ring it" game Smile I keep winning Thumbs Up

Oh and it's most redeeming quaility? It's not an iApple device!

A few of you out there may be interested in a new apple product i found and perfect for any ladies or SWMBOs in your life!

It is Gloss white ( other colours may be available), perfectly designed for females hands, a potential design icon so very stylish and helps make things flat and crease free.

Its called an i-ron Rolling with laughter

My mate did that to me once a few years back with an old Nokia that was waterproof and dustproof etc. First day I had it, I went to the pub, he asked if it was waterproof, then dunked it in my pint Laughing

I told him to go and run it under the tap to rinse it off.

Back to the original topic though, I can't really see the point of the Ipad in a car if all you're going to use it for is an Ipod. And who in their right mind would try and check their email on the move! 2006 Mercedes CLS
