2003 Range Rover Vogue Td6 Zambezi Silver
Wheel nuts done to death but please help

Hi, I am new to the board and need some help. I am about to become the proud owner of a 2003 TDV6 that is being passed down through my family. I know this subject has been discussed in depth but I am still confused so please bear with me. I intend to put a set of 19" 2008 TDV8 wheels on (purchased from a forum member) to replace the standard 18" wheels that are fitted.

Please could someone give me the definitive advice on what wheel nuts I need and if possible a good place to buy them from. I have seen sets on Ebay but I am unsure of the quality so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Many Thanks in advance.

Basically yes - the tread sis the same, but the newer wheels have larger bore holes, so need fatter nuts.

Generally the older ones are black and the newer are silver.

So the old ones would appear to fit, but will shake themselves loose - so don't do it

EBay or Dan at Duckworths or any independent parts supplier for the new nuts

I can confirm the above, I had 2003 20" alloys with black nuts and purchased 20" 2012 alloys that required the silver larger bore nuts all in all from ebay with matching locking nuts £83 delivered I found a post on this forum that states the year the change of the wheel nut bore started, but being 2008 they will definitely need the different nuts.
