Basically yes - the tread sis the same, but the newer wheels have larger bore holes, so need fatter nuts.

I can confirm the above, I had 2003 20" alloys with black nuts and purchased 20" 2012 alloys that required the silver larger bore nuts all in all from ebay with matching locking nuts £83 delivered I found a post on this forum that states the year the change of the wheel nut bore started, but being 2008 they will definitely need the different nuts. |
