Car back - all good, the steering feels lighter as well so maybe the problem was a slow one getting worse.

Although one shock was split, the other ones rubber was tired and disintegrating so happy that both were changed. When they used the computer to force the suspension to 'off road' height, air could be heard escaping from both

Costs - each spring £329 inc VAT and 2.5hrs labour - so not that bad at all, I'm happy with that and car returned the same day

Very Happy some of the moods she's been in lately she might have had a go at fixing it!

Probably only with a hammer though
