So I went to check my spare wheel well over as I want to sound proof it tomorrow (exhaust is resonating a little) and noticed some leaves and dampness / small pool of water near the compressor. I'm not really sure how this is getting in, and my car has had the plastic bag fix put in around the AV kit.

Aaah didn't think about the rear bumper. Well that's knackered anyway after 2 rear end shunts this year. Was waiting till after any snow till I got it sorted. Might have to double check it's not got any gaps in it then ...

Get the garage/insurance to fix it for you. Put the leak down to the shunts. Get them to check the compressor hasn't been underwater. [img]http://www.fuelly.com/driver/rob2529/range-rover[img/]

I would, if I had either been in the car for the first one (happened while the car was in the first one) or if the guy in the second one hadn't driven off ...

I to have experiencing problems with water in the boot spare wheel but i believe mine is coming in from the drivers side not the passenger side as thats bone dry.

Fill the gap between the two flanges with silicone ? .
