Diesel for the short journeys as the FBH feature alone even on basic models should warm it up quick enough |

And if you remember to put the FBH on half an hour before you leave, it's warm when you get in! |

TBH for me the fact i can walk out, see the screens are clear and the inside is decently warmed in 10-15mins and start my journey knowning the engine isnt going to be stone cold as the coolant will be warmed and heat seeped into the metal work within a minute of turning over makes me happy |

yeah the FBH is a real treat, great to just jump in and go.In fairness to the petrol, she heats up so quickly its never been an inconvenience even during the winter of 2010.If I change to diesel and It looks likely in the next year it will certainly be high on the shopping list ... |

King I agree with you about the seats. Dont know if they just feel colder because the cabin is warmer |

Only way to heat the seats up i found out is to forget you set the timer for 0730 and actually get into the car at 0830 and find the heat has seeped into them a little |
