mine is done by cobra people and i have the black tabs i rang the company and it was going to cost as much as the insurance reduced so i did not get mine activated as there seemed no point at the time

glad you got it sorted and as i have the same system it will be interesting if they charge differently for different locations.

hi all, just thought i would put an end to this thread, the pips i was getting when starting my car,5 pips and then 3 pips was indeed a tracker, it was a cobra navtrak, 5 pips was the unit looking for the tag and the 3 pips was to say that it has found it...unlike other makes,i.e. tracker the navtrak does make confimation pips to let the driver know of its status...its all up and running 265 pounds a year subscription, V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels.

Superb! I've had the car a month (or so) and am whittling my way through a list of bits and pieces (Sat Nav upgrade, Parking Sensors, IPOD Lead etc) but was mystified by the 5 bleeps....

I've called Cobra and indeed - its a Tracker.
