Most stations have CCTV, so maybe you could check if they have any footage of the alleged incident. Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue

I dare say there were signs up somewhere stating that vehicles are left at the owners risk ?

She thinks a taxi driver was watching, she got out to check, but like I say she saw nothing, I'll check for a sign |

I would have thought if the other car had a scratch and a bust headlight then there would be some telltale signs of action on yours! The fact she got out and checked, but saw no damage, she did not leave the scene without doing anything. Previously..

Could be the taxi driver did see it and told the owner when they returned to their vehicle and the owner decided to try it on to make a few shillings for Christmas |

Yes you can get done for leaving the scene in a train station car park or anywhere else if you damaged someones property, without leaving your contact details or insurance details.

This is true - you can't be done for leaving an accident you did not know about. However, the OP said his Mrs checked for damage, therefore she knew something had happened! Quis custodiet ipsos custodes? 15 MY 110 XS USW 54 FFRR Vogue TD6 Touchscreen - Gone! 56 FFRR TDV8 VSE - Gone! |
