thanks chaps. i'm looking to spend about 40, but may stretch a touch for the right vehicle. hopefully this will get me what i'm looking for - 57 plate ish with nice low mileage. is it worth the extra for a land rover sold vehicle? do you think that dealers will go for a deal? - the couple i have been to look at have supposedly got a queue of people wanting to buy.

The Buckingham Blue/Parchment RR is exactly like mine and its a nice combination. Great mileage but just a tad pricey..... |

I would definitely go with a Grey rather than Silver car. Stornoway Grey is the best FFRR colour as it matches the grey trim on handles and grilles without even trying too and so many people think that Silver is boring and just too "Normal" . I would add 2010 Wheels and S/C Grille & Vents together with Chrome Mirror covers (No other Chrome) to complete the look on a Grey Car.
oh and of course the Stornoway 2010: |

is it me? but that 2010 above looks like its snout has drooped and it needs a facelift - the bumper looks too deep at the sides - or is it the angle of the pic?? |

I thought the very same thing. You compare 2010 to older models side by side, and it looks pants. Java with Ivory 2006 4.2 Supercharged. 23.5k miles - NOW SOLD! |
