New Owner & Member Saying Hello

Dear All,

I just wanted to introduce myself as I have just joined the forum and have recently purchased an 06MY Java black TDV6 (4 days ago!).

I've been a RR owner for years with my 4.6l P38 with LPG. I've still got the car as I wasn't too sure how I would take to the V6 diesel. I was after either a 4.4 or a S/C to go the LPG route agin, but I picked this up from a guy I know for the right money. I figure if I don't like it I just sell it on. I haven't really driven it yet - I took it into Gibsons 4x4 in Cummnock (they get a good name up here) so it's getting a full service (engine oil, gearbox oil), a new suspension compressor and some bushes done so that I know everything should be OK.

I've got loads of questions (getting digital TV to work, bluetooth for the iphone etc).....so I'm looking forward to getting my head around the info already available on here.

Regards,

Mark.

Its ok we all wish it was a V sometimes but the TDv6 is a much worse engine Wink

The only other place that comes close is rangerovers.net but that's more US/International biased Smile FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

I'll bet!

I did look at that forum, but it did seem very US oriented as you say. To be honest, I'm having enough trouble getting my head around the UK variants and model years! Confused
