I had a look at my disc. it is the original one. How do I get a new disc? Are they very expensive to buy from dealer? I am going to Edinburgh next week. So I hope to get one when I am over. |

Silly question time - I just upgraded to the 2009-10 DVD (Mk 4) but couldn't see any mention of speed cameras under the POI section.

..thats why I said, you need to have a modified firmware CD. At the DVD are only the coordinates of the speed trap positions. XJC, RRV8, Series1 86 and 107% of real pleasure |

Can you modify a 2009/10 Disc used in my 2007 TDV8 to include speed Cameras? If so how!

Ah - so it's not like TomTom (for example) where each POI is stored in a different file (which I could add to my backup copy of the LR disc) ? |

hi, yes it is the same as a tom tom, but you cant add to it when you want, you have to add to the map file and then write a new dvd,but its a bit more complicated...navtwek is the programe you will need. V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels.

Guys, unless i'm mistaken, from around the facelifted 2006 FFRR model onwards, they changed the SAT NAV to one manufactured by Denso that is the touch screen type. The system that is being discussed above relates to the older non touch screen type (BMW).

I've noticed TMC PLUS now shows in my menu after updating, it seems this is an enhanced TMC version currently being rolled out in Austria. Anyone know anything more about it? Like will it ever make it to the UK?
