Not had a problem in France however not taken the twin axle van on many sites usually stopped with friends. Some sites can have quite small access roads and the pitches are divided by hedges so manoeuvring can be a problem. Should be ok if you tell them when you book.

We did France last year stayed at three sites, no problems with the twin. Although one was a little tight for space. |

Yep, France is nice but lots of places have small pitches, hence their disklike of twin axle vans. Plenty of other sites which do take them though. We never have issues. |
