What's your average speed?

Rules:

No autobahn runs !
At least 2/3 weeks worth of data
Your "normal" routine

Mine:

36 mph

Doing @ 300 miles a week, mixed roads, mostly commuting to and from work in leafy Hampshire, rarely over speed limit, if at all (by choice!) .

I am always amazed at how low recorded average speeds on the trip are, I think you brain forgets about the slow/stopped bits of a drive....

The last 3,000 miles or so - probably more - including a trip to Scotland and back plus a few weekend trips on dual carriageways / motorways and my usual 30 mile / day A & B-road commute and the usual shuffling around detritus-trips necessary with children.

32mph. Si. <This is my name.

110mph...in the last 3 miles! Laughing

Seriously, average speed 53mph over the last 20,000 miles.

The last two days...Portsmouth to Nottingham, Nottingham to Hull, Hull to Portsmouth. That is typical so would explain the 53 mph at avg 30mpg. Current MY2020

Yep, I do tug it about....

as for the FF, it just loves to sit there on the motorway at 80mph @ 2000 rpm with that 4.4 TDV8 not even trying.

as for points, I have none and haven't had for the last 8 years or so. I drive carefully but with purpose based on road conditions and traffic at the time. When you drive 30,000 miles per year, you tend to respect the road a little more and drive with the traffic, not through it or up it's backside.

If I want to let the demons out, I will book a track day Thumbs Up Current MY2020
