So do you have the two new ones kicking around or even the old ones lying abandoned somewhere?

I have one if you want it - the other one is obviously in pieces.

Bolt now changed which will allow me to remove the valve at a later date if required

Well, there's good news and bad news - the Winter wheels and tyres have completely eliminated the shakes! WooHoo!!!!

The bad news is that I obviously need to buy some new 20" wheels - shame! Cool

Ebay here I come! Mr. Green

Can someone let me know approximately how much fluid is lost when changing the servotronic valve?

if you leave the little filter in then only a couple of teaspoons, take the filter out and you need to be quick in inserting the new filter cos it does spill out quite a bit............ ... - .- -.

Job done 23 minutes and only lost about a tablespoon of fluid, handy having a ramp. Mr. Green

The old filter fell out when I removed the valve Shocked

Was out in the FFRR today and can't believe the difference the new servotronic valve makes. Steering is nice and light now, most noticeable on roundabouts Thumbs Up

See below picture of a new Servotronic Valve, screws & filter from Dan @ Duckworths.

Worth noting instructions say:

The screws must be tightened in the following order:

1. (bottom) 0.5nm
2. (top) 1.5nm
3. (bottom) 2.9nm
4. (top) 2.9nm

Failure to do this can cause malfunction....
