I would say a call is worth it to be honest, they were all very friendly and helpful. At least if paperwork has got lost or something you will be able to sort it, good luck anyway.

I'd be badgering them now - You are already three big ones out of pocket - the longer they fudge the issue, the longer they have the interest on the money that should be yours.

Most insurance companies seem to hide whenever it comes to a claim, and hope the customer dies before they have to pay out.

GOOD NEWS at last they have agreed to pay out.

Its only half the total for the repair but I basically get a new gearbox for £1500

so I cant moan about Warranty Direct even though it has taken a few weeks and providing a lot of information on how the vehicle weas looked after. Mine was a blue one! Smile
