Crumbs muck etc gets into the ignition barrel, you could try blowing it out with an airline |

I had this problem with the key and a few places couldn't solve it. Believe it or not the previous owner had spilt coke over the console and barrel etc. and it had never been thoroughly cleaned up causing a sticky film over connections. I had took it to places and they put all the machines on to tell the problems but there isn't a traceability setting for spilt coke so sometimes its not the obvious. Cost me hundreds to not solve it but only £50 charged to clean it up properly. No problem since........fingers crossed! Once a Blue, Always a Blue |

Can anyone confirm that when a brake switch is disconnected as to whether the brake lights should be on or off? |
