Transf failsafe mode

Hi Guys!!!
i posted a while ago about vibration from T/C took it back to garage to have this part replaced (under warranty and still is) the guy said he had replaced and found no fault with old part???? still had vibration but the kick down kept the engine reving higher than before so not as noticable (could this have been programmed buy the tech???) not been happy about this little vibration (had injectors checked all ok) went out in car the other before going on holiday and ((((BING)))) trans fail safe.... went on holiday had great time now back to the real world!!!! been out in car and drove it like driving miss daisy and nothing did 6 miles but as soon as the car went about 2000 revs BING its back trans failsafe.... been out again to try it and nothing until i go over 2000 revs!!!!! could this be the Torque Converter giving in?????

i think you need to get it connected up to a diagnostic machine to find the culprit.. ... - .- -.
