I think titanium is for the silver inside trim, you need this.... with matt lacquer, you can get it from a paint supplies shop, most will make a rattle can for you...

Or you could do something like this, two colours,

too do the 2 colours on mine was pita but worth it in the end, yes easiest ( twice I had to do this panel) was to spray the grill part first, when dry and happy with it mask off grill just below the lip round panel then spray the rest body colour....when happy with it un mask then 3 coats of lacquer spray, simples ............... |
