The 2012 RRS loaner did the power loss on roundabout last night and nearly got T-boned Shocked

I have also found a guy with a D4 experiencing this Rolling Eyes

I have a fault with my new Landrover and the dealer Harwoods Croydon is not taking it seriously as they say it is my driving style. The car will sometimes not accelerate when stopping at junctions and the dealer says that it is caused by me. I think the problem is that if you brush the brake peddle or are too quick from one to the other the computer says no!!! If any one else is having this problem please email me and we can take it further. Gharris594@aol.com Glenn

I have been in discussion with James@Lookersparkroyal on a D4 but may be off my list now Big Cry

Not had it with my TD6 as its not super fast anyway but i'm trying to think back to the TDV8 SSRR and the SDV6 D4's i've had as i did mostly motorway miles on them i think what your describing is what i experienced at the start and end of my journeys where i could best describe it as a power lag?!? FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

I would like to thank all the members who have posted support especially those who have contacted LRCS to express their feelings on my problems. I would have given up before now without you Bow down

I would like to apologise if I have spoiled anyone's enjoyment of the forum - this was not my intention in 2007 when I joined as an enthuisiast - as seen in my posts prior to June 2012 Embarassed

I think it is time I stopped posting as I appear to have lost my objectivity Sad Wanted a Series 2 LR since childhood but previously owned MY16 Disco Sport HSE TD4 Auto, MY13 RR Sport Black Edition TDV6 Auto, MY10 RR Sport HSE TDV6 Auto, 2007 Freelander 1 Freestyle TD4 Soft Top, 2009 Freelander 2 GS TD4 Auto, 2007 Freelander 2 GS TD4, 2004 Disco 2 Metropolis Auto, 2002 Disco 2 GS, 2000 Freelander 1 SE TD4 SW

Dont you dare do that!!

Without such posts LR would think they always give good CS, and some poor souls that are thinking of the brand may be put off once they see the mechanical and customer relations deficiencies that are inherent at JLR today... FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

For all the members who asked to be kept informed Thumbs Up

The dealer has advised me the power loss/xmas tree lights has been cured by replacing the battery - I remain sceptical as it has supposedly been sorted by a software update and 2 faulty brake switches in the past but will be pleasantly surprised if it is correct Rolling Eyes

I am now just waiting for the scratches/shoddy bodywork repair to be sorted and my car will then be returned Evil or Very Mad

LRCS are still ignoring me Banging Head

Thanks for the messages of support it means a lot Bow down Wanted a Series 2 LR since childhood but previously owned MY16 Disco Sport HSE TD4 Auto, MY13 RR Sport Black Edition TDV6 Auto, MY10 RR Sport HSE TDV6 Auto, 2007 Freelander 1 Freestyle TD4 Soft Top, 2009 Freelander 2 GS TD4 Auto, 2007 Freelander 2 GS TD4, 2004 Disco 2 Metropolis Auto, 2002 Disco 2 GS, 2000 Freelander 1 SE TD4 SW
