Hi Stan,
The items you mention are all under CCF Editing:
- bpm-body processor. arming acknowledgement with horn/siren... set to yes but no 'beep/horn' on lock
Just as a quick aside: your alarm horn does work (makes much noise when the alarm goes off)? This setting generally does work. It has been tested on every series L322 (and on all vehicles we deliver for - thanks betas! :-p) It may be (MAY BE!) an issue if you've changed settings with the RAC as the RAC may have overwritten the default settings. Not a real problem as we can add the option to restore these to the FW - we will let you know what we do (Christian is looking into it).
- lcm-light control. daytime running light ( high beam, main beam or none )... says 'undefined'
same as above with overwritten default values
- acm-audio systems. nav on move.... set to yes but doesnt work
Please check your firmware in the Nav Diagnostic screen and let us know. It should be NNV504750 or NNV503271.

hi steve, i havnt used my RAC to change any settings on the LCM or BPM..the only CCF changes i've made is to switch the steering wheel in/out off.
i notice you do a different unit for 2006 onwards and although my vin is a 5A****** , could it be that because mine is a pre-facelift but with the most nav its in the crossover stage.

the nav firmware is NNV503260 ... - .- -.

Am I right in thinking we cant do automatic mirror folding on arming the alarm?

And not sure my lazy alarm setting is working as certainly the windows and sunroof dont close on setting the alarm or have I got this wrong?!

I don't think automatic mirror folding is an option. I've certainly not seen it with V2.17 of the IIDtool F/W Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue
Had- 2008 TDV8 Vogue SE in Java black
Had - 2007 S/C in Stornoway Grey

The windows and roof will close if you press and hold down the locking remote.

It's called 'lazy lock' not lazy alarm Razz
As Paul said, if it's activated you can hold the lock button and close the windows and sunroof. 'Lazy unlock' does the opposite, naturally.

Alan is right too on the mirror folding as well. For whatever reason, LR decided this was not an option worth having so it wasn't programmed into any of the ecu's. And when we offer CCF editing, it is just that. We are only giving access to items that LR has programmed into the various ecu's - there is no 'freehand programming'. Making a mirror-fold add-on module would be simple enough, but producing it would prob be too expensive.

Hi Stan,
The MY will not make a difference: the IIDTool reads the coding index and automatically uses the correct data definitions for the vehicle.

Nav on the go will not work with your present nav FW. You can have it updated, but there is still no 100% guarantee that this will work: for nav on the go to work, the nav FW version must contain the option and the region the vehicle is coded to must allow a change to nav on the go. Sorry, but as I noted above, we are not 'programming' in CCF editing, we are only making options available that LR has programmed into the ECUs. If you know of someone who has nav on the go unlocked with a UK coded car, you can update to the same FW version and make it work. (this might be a bit of valuable info for all, btw. If anyone reading this has nav on the go unlocked in the UK, please check your FW version and let us know!)

And for your alarm chirp: there is a new build of FW v2.17 on the site. Christian has changed the parameters for chirp length and we hope this will work for you. You can delete the IIDTool updater files and program (uninstall) from your PC and then follow the original procedure to update your IIDTool again. The only difference will be that the updater will pop up a box staing that you already have v2.17 and if you'd still like to update to the same version.

morning steve,
nav on the go isnt a big priority tbh but could it be because i'm using a 2011/12 mapping disc which at the start loaded new firmware [is this the f/w you are talking about?]
also , will the drl feature now work instead of showing 'undefined'..

i'll try the 'new' v2.17 firmware and will let you know. ... - .- -.

Christian suggests entering the 'undefined' DRL option and navigating up and down. The IIDTool should then find the 'undefined' value - after which everything should function normally.
