I don't think you will need a fuse. The circuit is already fused.
Just a bit of 20A wire 50mm long with a spade on each end should do, the spades pushed in where the relay was.

Just a blank space, I assume the necessary link between terminals is on the back of the fuseboard.

I didn't do it but in the car wiring diagrams there are two alternative options shown, one for the cigar sockets live all the time and one for the sockets ignition controlled by the relay.
Presumably for different markets. Why mine is the way it is I have no idea.
I now have the best of both worlds by leaving the cigarette sockets live all the time and installing a bank of 4 sockets, ignition controlled for accessories.
