I would just like to say thank you to SteveMFr and his colleagues. This morning I had a look at the IID Gap Tool website and saw that 2.17 is available so have downloaded and had a play.

so it comes on automatically when below a certain temperature but no timed option. ... - .- -.

I am having the same issue, I have unlocked the unit, tested it on the car, then log in to the site but there is no MyGap button.

flashman, clear your cookies and try again ...my gap is definitely there ... ... - .- -.

All good now. When you buy it and activate it they have to update their customer database to allow you access to the MyGap part of their site. Email arrived this morning and all updated.
