Further to a previous post about this, I thought I would tabulate the ride height measurements for various wheel sizes. The hub centre measurements come from RAVE, the rest are calculated with measurements from my own sets of wheels. Your wheels may have different rim to rim measurements. It is much easier to measure from the bottom of the rim than the hub centre, hence why these figures are included.
My calculation is simple: measure from bottom of rim to bottom of wing, divide by 2, then add the hub centre measurement, and any height setting amount is then added or subtracted.
When setting suspension heights, the assumption is that everything is in perfect working order, and that you are on completely level ground, for example on off road height the cross link valves come into play and may level the car, thus changing the heights. Or you may have one sensor which is working fine, but for what ever reason is sending the wrong signal back to the ECU, so you may have to manually adjust measurements when setting suspension heights with your chosen tool.

For info:
Offroad heights go up by 60mm at the front and 50mm at the rear
Access height drops all corners by 40mm
Motorway height drops all corners by 20mm
More than happy to argue the toss about this, but this should serve as a useful guide, if nothing else  .
