As the covers come off it is slowly starting to grow on me but my biggest concern has always been that it doesn't just look like a big sport Big Cry

I wonder if we will be able to flash upgrade the instrument panel software to get the latest video display dash Whistle

Agreed, unfortunately. Fussy, trendy, tawdry.

Maybe I'll start an anti-Kahn/Overfinch/etc. business to give it some dignity back.

Oh dear, it really is quite sporty.
I'm not keen on the headlights at all.

The tailgate really is starting to look like 3/4 top & 1/4 bottom.

Can you see this new design lasting for 10 years ? hmmmm Confused

First picture of the tailgate open Rolling Eyes Seems that everyone is right Confused Those that though it split below the numberplate and those that thought the lower section wouldn't be as small as some predictions Laughing

Important thing is that it looks like you will still be able to sit or stand on it.

Auto terrain response visible too; wheels and tyres look lost in the arches on the one he's pumping fuel into.

I think this one is the best shot of the dash so far.

Looks like we're going to have a big central armrest instead of the nice individual ones!
And a new video from the vehicles being tested in Dubai, the car from which it is taken seems to be a G55 AMG!

More like a Sport inside than a FFRR.....

It was the high Centre Console I disliked in my Sport and it made you feel a bit cramped....

Agreed re the console, as before I wonder if it's a consequence of the platform (or maybe just what the Chinese want).
