How about leaving them off? The clue's kinda in the name - daytime lights? For the daytime? Like, when it's light anyway? They are my biggest pet hate these days - especially when I'm driving the TT or mk2 when they're right in your eyeline and you can't even adjust the mirrors to stop them blinding you. In the daytime. Seriously, what is the point in them, other than to blind everyone and me off? |

The LED side lights on a FFRR are hardly going to blind anyone and I've had brighter light from a keyring torch but some may want it.

I asked LR to enable my DRLs when I purchased my FF in March. They said they could not??? If you have nothing nice to say,say nothing at all. |

That's because LR "Computer Says No!" There is quite a bit that Faultmate can but the stealer can't

There are many things the OEM T4/IDS diagnostic system can not do as the SW is written to help dealers set up cars - not make customers happy. So options like DRL or one touch window operation (not allowed in some countries) are part of a whole slew of settings that the T4/IDS makes when setting up for a certain country.

RRV - I do occasionally venture north of the M4 so I wouldn't completely it rule out and it's only a 5 minute job

I wouldn't completely rule it out but unlikely in the short term but patience Mick there maybe other things you fancy enabled once I've compiled a list and surely it would be best to do it all at once, well it would for me

My 2010 DRL option was activated by the dealer ... so I'm not sure why people think LR can't do it. Land Rover Addict

Andy, I know this thread is years old - but just wondered, the DRL enable you did on a FFRR, can that CCF change also be done with IID Tool? (just the LED's at the from on all the time essentially)?
