Sounds like the steering angle sensor needs re calibrating. HDC uses the ABS to work. If the car thinks its going left but wheel speeds say no a straight line they confuse the ECUs and go into fail safe mode. [img]http://www.fuelly.com/driver/rob2529/range-rover[img/]

Sounds likely that you had the wheel off centre and when the tracking was done they put the steering wheel straight ahead and then track the car. This will cause the steering angle sensor to be out. The default before causing problems is around 11 degrees but if you have moved the steering wheel by 20 degrees your steering angle sensor will be well out. What you will need to do now is find where the sensor is centred and then align the steering wheel to that position and then the tracking will have to be redone |

You need to have the angle sensor set on a computer so that it is straight ahead, then straighten the steering wheel, then have 4 wheel tracking done |

Magic, will get that done pronto. I just hope that my indy's Autologic is man enough to interrogate and reset the angle sensor... |

It's a common problem, usually after having tracking or suspension work done.
