Ah, thanks. I get it now. I definitely need space, and i don't like the d4 looks. So FF it is then. |

Here here... ![]() ![]() ![]() IMHO (i drive both on a daily basis) if you want to drive quickly, get a sport... If you want comfort, get a FF! Simples ![]() Admitedly i drive mainly pre 2008 cars, but give me an 06 SC FF or Sport in a range of challenges, i bet the SS would be quicker around a track, and far less uncomfortable as a passenger on A roads whilst pressing on... That said, i wouldn't swap mine for a SS. As an all rounder i think the FF is better... IMHO the Sport was made to fill a gap in the market... For the man who maybe thinks the FF is alittle to Fat! Maybe someone that likes Jap interiors instead of Jag interiors... ![]() ![]() ![]() Craig ![]() |

I've driven both and the Sport can be hustled into corners with more comfort than the FF IMHO. However, thats the problem in my eyes, and partly why I wanted to change from the Toerag. If I want a sporty handling car with towing/carrying capacity then a 5 series Touring would be hard to beat. Why go for the downsides of a heavy 4x4. I always wanted the Toerag to be more comfortable but it just wasn't, the FF has that box properly ticked...

I was always really, really snobby about the RRS until I tried one. We've just recently had our second child, and live out properly in the wilds. So we need a bigger car that can cope with two feet of snow, and something with a Land Rover badge ticks all the boxes - our current RR Classic and Freelander cope admirably but the Freelander is just too small to cope with all the crap you need to cart about for kids these days. We've tried a few things and been impressed or otherwise and had dismissed the Sport out of hand. And then we found ourselves at a dealers with LOADS of them, and figured 'why not?'

Is this the same as "Adaptive Dynamics" as that's what my Vogue SE has. & It corners amazingly at speed ! Not sure on the dates this was introduced though. |

Thanks, I did see that at some stage, but i'm too thick to understand what it does that's different from Dynamic Response. |

The Dynamic Response thing is the anti roll system, developed from the ACE (Active Cornering Enhancement) that was used on the Discovery 2.

To my knowledge, I don't think any L322's have it. Just the RRS.
