Hi everyone!

I live in a lovely village near Eastbourne. I have four dogs, 3 cast-offs from others (collie, staffie, lurcher) and a 5 year old Rottweiler I bought as a pup.

Motoring-wise, I am a late starter, passing my test just 2 years ago when in my 40's. My car history is brief - BMW 330i Touring, Range Rover Mk II and, as of February 9th this year, a Range Rover Mk III.

Forum-wise I am not too promiscuous - I first joined the Ford Focus ST forum (like that's gonna happen with dogs!) and then moved on to bimmerforums, then landyzone. And now I'm here and already feel very comfy indeed. You guys have some truly fine cars. Mine is a humble 2003 4.4 HSE in Epsom Green and I love it to bits. My mechanic brought it back to me last Friday night after a handbrake repair and as it made its way along our teeny village lane I was struck by how majestic it looked. (And big).

Well, that's me in a nutshell!

Hi all, I have a TDV8 vogue that has all the toys added except the seat fans and rear tvs so plenty to go wrong. I mean play with. I have known the car from new as belonged to a friends dad first off. Never misbehaved in its life. (Though currently flashing suspension fault every now and again though all suspension works perfectyl so will take it in tomorrow for diagnosis)

I confess to being slightly anxious as I traded in the most reliable P38 in the world for this TDV8 and hope that was not a mistake. Had the 4.6 for 7 years and it genuinely never let me down or misbehaved. I hope I have not made a mistake trading up!

Now having written diagnosis I am remembering The Two Ronnies explanation of diagnosis, it is like diarrhoea
except you get it in your gnosis and not your rear!

(update on Air suspension message, was a clogged muff or something Cleaned out and all seems good! )

Hello. Been lurking here for a while, figured I should actually sign up and post something. Looking for a TD6 at the moment to replace our Freelander but struggling to find the right one.
We're in rural Aberdeenshire ( ) and live 700ft above sea level, so we actually need the off-road prowess afforded from a Land Rover product. I shall dig out the picture of my Classic in the snow from a couple of years back...
