It could be as simple as the fan, its the sort of noise a fan makes.

UK Wizard, Where in sale are you as i could have a listen for you as i know both noises well, albeit the turbo noise isn't from my RR just yet but the viscous noise is and i've removed mine as RRRob in burnley did most of the work and i was like a junior tech to him while doing it FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

Yeah i stay with a friend sometimes in Heald Green which isn't far and im going traff centre on saturday as well so not far at all

The fan isn't electric but is viscous, therefor it spins faster as the engine revs. Most other cars do not have this system, so if your not familiar with the noise it can sound alarming, but all is well. Robert. The reason women's minds are cleaner than a mans mind is that women change their minds more often! When women say fine a mans in deep doodoo as fine has so many meanings. |
