Due to moving premises , 6 weeks ago informed BT Local Business whom in turn arranged everything to be carried out on the 11th May (last Friday) , gets a call on Thursday 10th May from BT " Sorry to inform you but the movement of all your equipment cannot go ahead as someone forgot to pass on the details to the BT engineers dept earliest we can do the move is June" and this is them knowing we have to be out of our current premises within the next week.

If the loss is their fault and not rectified within their quote SLA then you do get compo, but only for what you pay them IIRC, nothing more unless its agreed in your contract FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's
