Well as it seems it Battery season!

Can we all advise the best battery and prices accordingly for each model of L322 currently on the forum so people can see where to and how much it will cost?

cheers Rob(thinking of a new battery as a precaution)

Halfrauds lifetime warranty batteries are generally quite good value I've found. I used to swap the battery into every car I had prior to the L322 and tell them it was failing every year to get a nice new one.

I was more thinking along the lines of:-

TDV8 battery sizes.................. amp hours ........................cost ...............supplied from......................

TD6 battery size .....................amp Hours ........................cost ..............suppiied from ........................

V8 AJ engine 4.4 / 4.2..............amp Hours .......................cost ...............supplied from........................

V8 4.4 Bmw M62 .....................amp Hours .......................cost ...............supplied from .......................

Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

Robbo,

We can delete the TDV6 from that line up, as it was never fitted in a FFRR (only in the lowly Disco and Sport! Very Happy ) Discovery 4 HSE

I know they do read these forums as they once told me they did. They have a department which scours the press and online looking for references of their products, they pay attention to these forums also. Discovery 4 HSE

Oh ok well in that case... Land Rover UK are a bunch of Censored Who have no idea about customer service and wouldn't know quality if it bit them on their flabby bits.

They never return calls and their attitude sucks, that said they are STILL better than the extended warranty section who are more useless than pretty much any company I've ever dealt with...

Aaaaaand relax, Land Rover I'm still waiting for my 'satisfaction survey' in the post c Censored s!

@Doc, oh yes... I am sure that will be a gripping read, particularly after our conversation the other day!

In other news I saw a staggering td6 here in Ireland, was driving and didn't get a chance to photograph it, proper gyppo in a black 02 RR with so much chrome it would make a magpie toss it's biscuits and a toothless pikey with sh*t gold chains driving it... I'm sure land rover could send him a satisfaction survey if only he could get his mum/sister/girlfriend to read it to him!

Christ on a bike, call the RSPCFFRR's!
