England 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4 V8 Santorini Black
I KNEW this would happen...

So I did the deal on my 2007 FFRR S/C on Sunday and (assuming all the prep goes according to plan) I should be getting her next weekend.

The dealer is doing a pretty thorough prep job for me, so the car will have 4 new tyres, 4 refurbed alloy wheels, missing wheel centre cap replaced, dink on the front bumper repainted, fresh MOT, fresh service at Land Rover in Lewes and of course a full valet and detail (and it'll come with 3 months warranty that I'll extend via a mate of mine who works for a warranty company).

Pictures below are of her completely unprepped; like I said, all the faults (such as the missing centre cap) will be sorted before I collect.

But what I KNEW would happen has happened! I work from home and now have too much time to fill (and not enough will power) so I've been busy buying lots of little bits and bobs for the new arrival. So far the list includes -

- Silvertec indicator bulbs (front and side)
- LED error free fog and side light bulbs
- Full LED lighting pack (all interior and external bulbs)
- Colour coded door handle covers
- Colour coded side vent covers
- Colour coded mirror covers
- Range Rover dust caps and chrome valve stem covers
- Range Rover Tax Disc Holder
- Ranger Rover Keyring
- OEM style side steps with integrated front mud flap
- OEM style rear mud flaps
- Updated special edition "Supercharged" rear badge (silver on gloss black) - current one is a little faded
- Dog guard (and yes, I do have a dog!)
- Boot tray / liner (because of the dog!)
- New OEM mat set in jet black

And of course the obligatory FFRR.com sticker!

I have issues. I need my internet connection to break or this could be a very expensive week..... Embarassed

Still...she should look pretty awesome by the time I've finished with her. Thumbs Up

£21k. 69k on the clock, 1 previous owner, 5 x main LR dealer stamps (and one to be done this week).

Full spec Vogue SE (with rear entertainment).

To be honest, I had a very specific spec in mind and I've been looking for the exact right car for a while.

I wanted a MY2007 facelift car (with the electronic handbrake, newer Terrain Response, better aircon, cooled seats, double glovebox etc), sub 80k on the clock with piano black interior and rear entertainment for as close to £20k as possible.

I saw a few the right spec, but up for £24 / £25k and a few privately but I wanted to part ex my car rather than faff about with a private sale.

They got my current ML420CDI AMG Sport for an absolute steal, but I'm quite happy with the deal. Past (too many to list, but a few favs)...

Your desire to buy these extras is not new. You're preaching to the converted here!

I thought I;d bought everything I wanted, but have just realised that I don't own an original 2002 sales brochure, so am looking for that now.

But the list has been long.

Very nice S/C!!! Thumbs Up

If you need a set of Genuine sidesteps, very lightly used, let me know. I'm not far from you. Si. <This is my name.
