Well todays letter from her solicitor was fun.

Basically spelled out that I'm an aggressive driver, have scared my eldest soon so much he cant see me and that the STBX fears for the youngest ones safety whilst in the car so wants my dad to drive me around everywhere whilst with the youngest. She doesn't care that my mum needs 24*7 care and that he can't do that as she cant even walk so thats not going to happen as im not having him driving 2 hours across the country and then 2 hours back.

Added to that she is so fearfull so has involved social services for some reason and i can only see him for 3 hours this weekend and thats it until further notice Sad

Im so wound up and stressed about this its unbelievable.
I'd previously asked my Sol to do gently gently letters but have now told them to go in as aggressive as they can and use everything at their disposal to get this sorted if the STBX is so fearful of the kids father then god knows what the world is coming to Sad

Lets see if they get their act together as the next step is going to be a big one that i thought she may not want to be uncovered but needs must and all that Sad FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

Any mileage in fitting a hawkeye in you car? They record including GPS and speed etc?

EDIT: Meant 'Roadhawk' and I think you're right the Blackvue looks cooler.

Also, new phones are pretty cool! Sorry not meaning to make light of your situation, some pretty awful things said by STBX.

Best of luck!

Thumbs Up

I think I'll go back to the original plan of fitting a blackvue device in the car if I decide to keep we but swapping to a tdv8 is in the cards once the van is gone as that will free up some capital quite easily and allow me to pay for the solicitors as well. FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

5.0 out of 5 stars DO NOT PUT ON KN@B AND BOLL@CKS, 24 Jan 2012
By Andrew - See all my reviews
This review is from: Veet for Men Hair Removal Gel Creme 200 ml (Personal Care)
Being a loose cannon who does not play by the rules the first thing I did was ignore the warning and smear this all over my kn@b and b@llocks. The b@llocks I knew and loved are gone now. In their place is a maroon coloured bag of agony which sends stabs of pain up my body every time it grazes against my thigh or an article of clothing. I am suffering so that you don't have to. Heed my lesson. DO NOT PUT ON KN@B AND B@LLOCKS.

(I am giving this product a 5 because despite the fact that I think my b@llocks might fall off, they are now completely hairless.)

5.0 out of 5 stars Not for nose hair, 14 April 2012
By Matt Guy - See all my reviews
This review is from: Veet for Men Hair Removal Gel Creme 200 ml (Personal Care)
Although I understood the part about 'intimate use' I could not find anything about this not being for nose or ear hair. I get fed up with constantly cutting myself whilst trying to cut my ear and nose hair with a pair of Kitchen Scissors, so I decided that this product would work for me. I rubbed it up into my nostrils and around the outside of my ears. Very soon the burn started and trust me it really makes your eyes water. Probably more that if it was on your knob or b@llocks like the other reviewer did. If your eyes do water, make sure the product is not on your hands when you go to wipe your eyes as this porodcut also removes eyelashes and eyebrows and makes youe eyes water even more. I look like I have been put on a sunbed for too long and people keep asking me why I am crying. Still, a good product which does what it says.

3.0 out of 5 stars LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION, 17 April 2012
By The Cantankerous Tiger - See all my reviews
This review is from: Veet for Men Hair Removal Gel Creme 200 ml (Personal Care)
I like the clean shaven look down in my gentleman's log cabin, so for the past few years I've used a shaver. However the hair keeps growing back which means every 6 months I have to spend 20 minutes trimming again. As I'm sure you've realise this is valuable time I cannot waste. So I decided to get to the root of the problem and purchased this product.

Probably the first thing you will notice after using this product is the pain. Although as a man I lack the required experience, I'm going to estimate that using this product is at least eleven times more painful than childbirth.
Imagine sticking a rusty razor blade into your favourite eye, before tying your hands behind your back. Then imagine that you use the entrenched razor blade to slice open a raw onion. All the while being butt naked. This product is slightly more painful than that.

However if we ignore the blinding, crippling and debilitating pain I should point out that this product is remarkably effective. Before, all manner of organisms great and small lived down there, now nothing can grow; not even on a cellular level. Sadly this includes my genitalia; I've spent the last four hours staring fixedly at Carol Vorderman's @rse, all to no avail. My tinkywinkleton hasn't even so much as perked up, so if my review seems a bit harsh, it's only because I wanted children.

All in all an effective and reasonably priced product - 3 Stars.

Well hello Mick Wink

Well todays letter is more interesting again as it claims i didnt try to warn her i was coming to pick the caravan up, she wouldn't answer her house phone and her parents refused to answer the door when knocked.

Then after we moved the caravan off i found one of the kids toys in the caravan so as we passed the marital home on the way out i left the toy on the doorstep as it wouldn't be right to take it from the kids Sad

time to see what my sol will push back with as she's claiming she hasnt attempted suicide in the recent years (one of the current defences against her being good for the kids) to which i've provided my sol with evidence to the countrary. FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

Well the letter from her side finally arrived so proceedings on the divorce side are now kicking off Smile

Gotta say im partialy relieved i dont have to finish filling the form out though wish i had done and got it filed on this side of the country to see how her solicitors like the 2hr drive there and back each time Very Happy

Form A is now being filled out in triplicate and being sent out with the fee that is of course due as well as reciprocating her initial filling and ticking all the boxes on the financial side Very Happy At the end of the day i may end up getting nothing from her and she nothing from me seeing as she loaded me up with debt as well thats not too far off all being paid off I'd rather have the clean break than run the risk of her trying to get any future money out of me Very Happy

Thanks again guys for all the support over the time, I still haven't seen the nipper yet as she has dragged her heels through the whole process (now proceeding thru court since last june for a contact and residency order) and just as the judge was about to make his final decision just in the new year some amazing new evidence came to light from her side of things that's dragged the police and CPS into it as they try and get to the bottom of her crock-a- Censored it just eats away more time I'm away from the nipper but not much i can do other than have faith in our lovely and slow system...

One thing i'll say is that im glad im a LIP instead of paying Solicitor fees as her one charges an arm and a leg from what i can see and is utterly useless(firms name available via PM if people want to avoid) and has on a few occasions been told by the judge to wide her neck in and get her facts and papers in order Very Happy which just makes me feel even better! FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's
