been playing in the car and noticed that there is a 5-6mm gap between the top of the door card/window switch panel and the trim piece/window surround with the speaker in it.

it is the same on both sides. Is this normal or should it be tight. If so i will have to try and disassemble the doors and get it to line up better. Cant see that the panels have been off for any reason and as its both sides.....  There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Should be a tight fit

the trim has not been fitted right, remove it and hook it in at the top first, it should be flush with the window. V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels.

Are we takling door trim or window surround.

As far as i can see the card is located correctly as the bolt and screws have to locate, and it would need to go up i think the window trim/speaker surround needs to go downwards.  There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

got it to fit a bit better, needed some new trim clips.

however still doesnt line up properly. While i was in LR dealer i looked at the shiny new one they had.

Didnt line up exactly on that either  There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Caused by the same mechanic not taking care
