United Kingdom 2009 Range Rover SE TDV8 Stornoway Grey

I managed to get one bush replaced yesterday. That thing was seized in there! Took ages to get out.

Ball joints looked ok but I ended up splitting the rubber whilst using a ball joint splitter. Good job I bought two new ones!

So, today and more bush removing! 2010 MY Vogue SE TDV8 3.6 Stornoway Grey- fully loaded

Have decided its easier and quicker to let the dealer do them. They've quoted 3 hrs. It would take me a lot longer than that and time is a factor, having only 10 working days for MOT retest. 2010 MY Vogue SE TDV8 3.6 Stornoway Grey- fully loaded

Had the car back yesterday. Dealer ended up spending more than the quoted 3 hrs on it, but didn't charge me any more for it.
They had a problem getting the Torx bolts out that hold the ball joints in place. They ended up drilling them out and fitting new ones (81p each).
I'm so glad I took it in now- had I have tackled that on my driveway with axle stands etc, I would have got Censored off very quickly!

They reset the "Airsusp.inactive" message and said it was the compressor running at 5 to 8 bar. Should be 11 something apparently. They said the fault was still on the dash, but when I drove it off their forecourt, it had gone. Its still not re-appeared, so fingers crossed!

Washed it, tyre-blacked it and hoovered it out as well. Very pleased Thumbs Up 2010 MY Vogue SE TDV8 3.6 Stornoway Grey- fully loaded
