Guys has this now sorted the scuffing of the window, as I am also getting the smears across the passenger side, really annoying actually, but I do not get a thud.

I had a thud on mine too . I put on the 808's and they did the job virtually silent too Present :2008 TDV8 HSE

+1 for the Bosch 808's from the bay of fleas Bought on Monday for a very reasonable £16.20 inc free delivery and they arrived today (Wednesday)

Just had the first service on my 10 month old car, asked them to adjust the wipers to cure the clunk. they said the ruber was hard and charged me £28 for new blades. We have an understanding that if they have failed to cure the problem I will insert them in an area of low solar activity. Let it rain. letters not necessarily in the right order |

Just fitted a pair of 808's (£16.20 on ebay) and no more thud. This forum is great. |

Had the same'thud' on mine and after fitting new wiper blades - problem solved even though the ones removed appeared to have nothing wrong with them ! |
